I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly father, Alan Kemp, who has been receiving care from Premier Health Care. After an initial resistance, he now finds the daily visit from the carers a great help. The carers have been able to work with him to help him overcome his negativity, and now for most of the time he enjoys having them help him with tasks around the house, doing some shopping and taking him out. The cares and the office staff are all very professional and exceedingly helpful. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody looking for some care and support at home

Premier Homecare have looked after my friend Margaret, an MS sufferer, and my 90 year old mother over a period of 9 years. In all that time my friend and my mother have had nothing but excellent, compassionate and thorough care. Office support and carers have been first class without exception. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Homecare Ltd to anyone.
Have used Premier Homecare since August 2012 to provide daily care assistance and visits to my elderly mother. Their care allows my mother to remain in her home and maintain her independence. They have never failed to take anything other than the greatest care of my mother and I would highly recommend their services and care.
We used Premier Care to provide home care for my elderly disabled mother and this was a very positive experience of home-care. Her regular Carer was fantastic. So caring and thoughtful, and always mindful of Mum's disabilities and needs. On the occasions when her regular Carer was not available, the replacement Carers were equally caring & professional, and the replacement process was professionally handled. Every interaction with Premier personnel, be it face-to-face, on the phone, or by email, left me confident that Mum's care was in safe & caring hands. Whilst not the cheapest of care providers, they did provide the very best care. I would happily recommend Premier HomeCare to anyone seeking compassionate, caring and professional HomeCare services for themselves or their loved ones.
I’ve met the girl who visits my father and she is very personable and deals with my father very well, really pleased to have Premier Homecare looking after my father.
Many thanks to Eira and all the staff for their flexibility in accommodating dad's requests with home help over these last few difficult months. Your support has been greatly appreciated and my only regret is that dad did not avail himself of your services long before things got too much for him. I hope dad will continue to be a customer and I feel confident knowing that he will be getting home help regularly, he really looks forward to seeing the familiar faces. With mum, now in a local nursing home I realise what a difference in personal care you offer as a one-to-one service compared with a large organisation. I only wish mum could have continued at home with more of her care at your high standards. care. Sally
